Safety & Reporting

Captro includes reporting, blocking, moderation, and account deletion tools. This page explains how those systems work in clear language.

Last updated: June 27, 2026 · Domain: https://captro.app/legal/safety

1. Reporting content or users

Users can report posts, comments, profiles, messages, and stories where supported. Reports help Captro review abuse, harassment, spam, impersonation, unsafe content, and other policy issues.

2. Blocking

Blocking helps stop unwanted interaction. Depending on product behavior, blocked users may be limited from messaging, commenting, or viewing certain profile activity.

3. Moderation review

  • Some content may be reviewed automatically before it becomes public.
  • Some reports are reviewed by moderation staff using a private admin dashboard.
  • Admin actions may be logged for safety and accountability.

4. Chat safety

If a message is reported, Captro may review the reported message and limited nearby context needed for safety review. We do not casually expose private chats.

5. Account deletion

Users can request account deletion inside the app. After a deletion request, Captro may immediately hide the account and public content from user-facing areas, revoke sessions, and schedule permanent deletion or anonymization after the deletion window.

6. Emergencies

Captro is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

7. Contact

For urgent support, safety concerns, or moderation follow-up, contact karfalacisse900@gmail.com.
